I'll be teaching two workshops at the Dance Flurry this year!

Intro to Mountain Dulcimer: 

This hands-on workshop will get you started playing the dulcimer! A little history, a little music theory, a little technique, and a lot of music-making! Cardboard dulcimers will be available for use during the workshop.

Accompanying Fiddle Tunes 101:

Leave the tune books behind - we'll learn how to hear chord changes and recognize some common chord patterns, and explore some options for back-up. All instruments welcome! Attendees should be able to play, and know chords, etc.
