Ladies and Gentlemen, find your beads, wear your less than 'conventional' clothing, and celebrate an outrageous, fun and exciting Tuesday evening at the Center.  Celebrate 'fat Tuesday' with Cajun and Creole eats like jumbolaya, ratatouille and King Cake.  And 'two step' to one of our favorite Cajun bands, JimmyJo and the Jumbol'Ayuhs. The menu will include crab gumbo, jumbalaya, andouille with peppers, truffled bourbon mashed sweet potatoes and King Cake.
