1st Annual Mellie Dunham Shoe & String Day

Mellie Dunham build snowshoes for Admiral Perry and was a celebrated fiddler, going on tour for Henry Ford's old-fashioned dances and on the vaudeville circuit of the 1920's. This celebration of Mellie's life will feature snowshoe races in the morning, a public supper at noon ($7) and fiddle fest/contradance in the afternoon! I will be playing there with Bill Olson and the Don Roy Band.
10am-noon snowshoe races and treks at the Roberts Farm, including the always popular WIFE-CARRY!
noon - public supper at the Heywood Club, jamming at the Norway Grange
1-3 - Community contradancing & performances at the Norway Grange
