'Dan the Cobbler' is a fine Irish jig.'Brandy's Trip...' was another tune written for my old black lab-x. At age 13 she was still hiking up mountains with me. Tumbledown Mountain, in Western Maine is a relatively short day hike distinguished by the beaver pond at the summit. You can imagine Brandy's delight after a strenous climb to find water to swim in at the top! You can read the sheet music here.

'The Merry-go-round' was written after playing the contradance in the Spanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Nat. Park, Maryland. At the time the historic carousel in the park across from the Ballroom was about to undergo restoration. Now it's completely restored, as is the Ballroom itself, and they are both magnificent!
